Utah Association of  Public Charter Schools lead the state’s federal Charter School Program (CSP). UAPCS is committed to increasing the number of quality public charter school seats in Utah by 5,000 students, especially for our most educationally disadvantaged and rural students through public charter school start-up, replication and expansion.
